The hotel offers free WiFi throughout the property, which was incredibly convenient for staying connected during my trip. The air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience during my stay in the Chiyoda district of Tokyo. The premium bedding in the guestrooms made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the free WiFi was a great bonus. I loved that the rooms were equipped with flat-screen TVs and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel's location near popular points of interest made it a perfect base for exploring Tokyo or simply relaxing and rejuvenating. The seating area in all guest rooms added a cozy touch to the overall ambiance, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring. The 24-hour front desk, luggage storage space, and free WiFi were all fantastic amenities offered by the hotel, enhancing the overall guest experience. The convenient amenities, such as complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services, added an extra level of convenience and ease to my stay. The individually decorated guestrooms, featuring kitchens with refrigerators and stovetops, added a unique and personal touch to the accommodation. The private bathrooms with deep soaking bathtubs and complimentary toiletries were a luxurious addition to the guestrooms, allowing for a truly relaxing experience.
Lack of maps and local information in the reception area.

During my recent stay at Artist Hotel - Bna Studio Akihabara, I was impressed by the unique and vibrant decorations in the room. The artwork added a creative and lively touch to the space, making it a truly memorable experience. The private kitchen and laundry facilities were a great convenience, allowing me to feel at home while away. The proximity to kombinis, vending machines, and metro stations made exploring the area effortless. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of a great view from the room and the need to carry heavy luggage up a flight of stairs, these were easily overcome. Being just a 5-minute walk away from the famous Akihabara area was a major highlight. the availability of a private kitchen and laundry facilities was a big plus, giving us a sense of being at home away from home. the young and professional staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and we were honored to experience the hospitality of the artists during our two-week stay. The hotel is situated in a great location with easy access to various train lines and subway stations. Guests can conveniently find a few different train lines close by as well as bakeries and restaurants nearby. the rooms are well equipped with modern facilities such as a kitchenette and washer/dryer in the bathroom.
Some of the rooms may lack sufficient space for seating or storage, and the instructions on how to operate the washer/dryer are only available in Japanese, which may cause inconvenience to some non-Japanese speakers.

The hotel had some interesting and unique designs that were refreshing to see. The location was also great, being conveniently located near several train stations and restaurants. having a washer/dryer in the room was a nice touch, especially during the holiday season when we had plenty of dirty clothes.
There were some issues with the room that made it difficult to fully enjoy our xmas stay. The heating system was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortably cold.

I was impressed with the size of the room. It was spacious enough to easily fit two large suitcases with plenty of walking space left. The unique interior design added an interesting touch to my stay. Moreover, this hotel is conveniently located near subway stations, several train lines, and a very cool bakery. The friendly staff and reasonable price were also top-notch qualities of the hotel.
Nothing all excellent.

The room at Artist Hotel - BnA Studio Akihabara was super comfy with premium bedding and air conditioning. I slept like a baby! I loved having a flat-screen TV in my room. I could relax and catch up on my favorite shows after a long day exploring Tokyo. The kitchen in the room was a game-changer. I could cook my own meals using the provided kitchenware and even do some laundry with the washing machine. The deep soaking bathtub in the private bathroom was pure bliss. I enjoyed a relaxing soak every night. The balcony in the selected rooms was a nice touch. I could step outside and enjoy the view of the Chiyoda district.
Personally, I found the shower/tub combination a bit inconvenient. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
